Move-in Date: Between May 26th - June 1st (will confirm with the new roommate) Location: Riverhouse Apartments in Pentagon City, Arlington, VA
- Lease: 13 months. However, you can release yourself from the lease at any time by finding another tenant... to take over your lease!
- Your base rent: $1,076 (not including utilities)

Additional costs per month (currently divided up by the 3 roommates)
- $190 total for utilities on average per month (variable upon utility usages)
- $60 wifi total per month (fixed)

These additional costs mentioned above totals up to $250 for all 3 roommates. This total is divided up by the 3 roommates equally and it comes out to an average of $83 per person per month. This $83is added on top of the base rent ($1,076 + $83= approximately $1,159 per month for your total living expense.)

About the property:
- The entire apartment is 1245 square feet.
- It is a private room with a semi-shared bathroom (only your personal belongings will be stored inside this bathroom, another one of your housemates will also use the bathroom as well for showers etc. when you are not using it)
- Temperature controlled room
- Room has huge windows.
- The bedroom is not furnitured
- The shared apartment space has a large living room with a L shaped sofa, big windows for sunlight, a dinner table.
- Microwave, fridge, pots, pans etc.
- 10 minute walk to Pentagon City Metro/Costco/Target/Pentagon City Mall and a strip of over a dozen restaurants.
- There are 2 fitness studios on this property. Property is also across the street from a Planet Fitness.
- Laundry units and Dry Cleaners are in the bottom of apartment building.
- Big grassy fields, baseball fields, tennis courts, parks nearby. About the current roommates:
- We have been lucky to share a very friendly, quiet and welcoming environment amongst 3 roommates but 1 is leaving! We are now 1 female and 1 male and we look forward to introducing ourselves to you!
- 1 roommate has a small and friendly 13lb bischon frese that visits for a couple days about once a month.
- 1 roommate lives in a partitioned area of the house on the opposite side of the 2 rooms and it is considered the den of the apartment.
- 1 roommate is an alumni of George Washington University working at the university and 1 is from Wesleyan working in DC.
- Occupations of the 2 roommates that you may potentially be living with: 1 roommate is a Strength and Conditioning Coach for GWU University and American University. We are pretty busy professionals and don't have much company over.
